Compartments are the broad divisions that collectively make up a Forest Management Unit (FMU). They are typically bounded by fixed features such as rivers, property boundaries or access tracks. Small woodlands may only contain a single compartment. For more information see Introduction to Woodland Management with myForest
Compartment Data fields consist of the Name and Number of the compartment. It is standard practice to allocate a different number to each compartment in an FMU. Names are considered optional.
